I find litigation cropping up regarding the potency of legal drugs
being distributed by dispensaries and I am concerned for the public;
Both being the public involved with dispensaries, people using the
dispensaries and working at the dispensaries; A City and County
collecting taxes from the dispensaries, and an administration of
government in a State that losses $20 Billion Dollars admittedly
on multi media new and entertainment audio sound broadcasts
coming into my ITT media California Home.
