well, gosh. I'm just so rediculous about things like promises to myself and stuff like that. I promised myself as my new years resolution, to be more open and honest about my true feelings and thoughts.
Now, I am going to put my list of gross things to make sure I'm fullfilling and making my behavior change that I promised myself.
Rediculous that I am. I just really am baffled how anyone could imagine that I lie. I am totally honest, but I am secretive about things that might hurt others. It is "others" that I am protecting.
I therefore have to sigh, "edit delete" to not hurt someone's feelings that I know reads my diary. But, only #1 needs to be censored, so you can see the idea by the rest of my list.
So nah nah audience, totally as much as possible honest with my true feelings about crap o la.
My Gross List To Change Unwanted
Behavioral Thought Patterns:

2. stepping in dog poop barefoot
3. people who pick their nose
while driving on the freeway
4. bad breathe sinus infection smell
5. dog barf on the carpet
So, there you go. Those things really really upset my day. LoL
When I find myself thinking the thoughts that I want to change, I go to my list and read it while imagining these things instead.
